Seth's grueling training at the Artemis Institute continues under his new teacher, Yaga. Despite Yaga's best efforts, Seth is still having trouble using feather tools to manipulate Fantasia. Will Seth be able to overcome this hurdle? Meanwhile, the Inquisition and Dragunov keep a close watch on Seth, waiting for the young wizard and his friends to leave the protection of the Artemis Institute to capture him!
