How to: Winged Liner
There’s really nothing more classic than a winged eyeliner look, commonly known as the “cat eye”. It’s such a sleek clean look but let’s face it, ladies – when it comes to achieving this beauty trend, the struggle is real. Though, it can be very difficult and time consuming, here are your step by step guide to achieving a #flickgoal

1. Choose your weapon Choosing the right liner to achieve the cat eye can be very confusing as there are a lot of ways to do this depending on which flick you’re trying to go for; Liquid, Felt-tip, Gel/Cream, Pencils, Eyeshadow, etc. – Lashfood Conditioning Liquid Eyeliner can be a good start with their organic and natural ingredients; wake up every day with healthier and stronger lashes.
2. Dramatic or Subtle? Begin drawing a line as close to your lashes as possible starting at the middle of your upper lid; make a thin line for a subtle look or a thick one for a more dramatic look. Remember! This can require a lot of practice – you can start by drawing a single stroke line or if you prefer many short strokes; whichever you find easier.

3. Connecting the lines Start again from the inner corner of your eye moving towards the line in the middle.
4. Wing it, like you mean it To master your flick, draw a line begging from your last lash outwards – it is up to you now to decide on how long and the angle of your wing.
5. Creating the triangle Once you mastered your flick, it’s time to draw a line back to your upper lash line that should leave you with an empty triangle on your upper lid. Tip: If you’re going for a dramatic look, draw a bigger triangle ending at the middle part of your lash line and if you’re achieving a subtle look, draw a line that finishes in your outer corner.

6. Shading Color in the triangle with your liquid or pencil liner - shade it with a different color for a bolder look or if you want to try something new.
7. Finishing off Finish your cat eye look with 2-3 coats of Misslyn Intense Volume Mascara and voilà, you are done! Master these steps and never be late to work again.
