Introduction

Virgin Gaming Fiesta 2025 ("Event") is a multi-title esports tournament organized for participants across Bahrain. By registering or participating in this tournament, all players agree to comply with the terms laid out in this document.

Tournament Overview

Virgin Gaming Fiesta 2025 is a regional esports platform designed to unite Gulf gamers through competition, creativity, and community. The event aims to empower local talent, connect fans, and deliver high-quality tournaments across the region.

PUBG Mobile (Mobile Only)
• Weekly Scrims: 3 lobbies per day
• Lobby Size: 100 players per lobby
• Game Mode: Solo Battle Royale (Online)
Fortnite (PC Only)
• Weekly Scrims: 3 lobbies per day
• Lobby Size: 100 players per lobby
• Game Mode: Solo Battle Royale (Online)
FC 26 (Online & In‑Store)
• Platform: PlayStation 5
• Weekly Scrims: 16 players per match
• Bracket System: 64‑player brackets, divided into groups of 16
• Game Mode: Single Eliminations (Online)
Assetto Corsa (Sim Racing – Offline)
• Platform: Sim Racing Rigs at Designated Store Locations
• Players must register and complete timed laps on‑site
• Game Mode: Lap Record (Offline)
COMPETITION FORMAT
The tournament features two main components across all regions and game titles:
Weekly Scrims
• Weekly scrims take place four days a week across three consecutive weeks. Players can participate multiple days and weeks, earning leaderboard points. Final leaderboard standings determine qualifiers for the grand finals.
In‑Game Challenges
• Weekly creative challenges are announced by Discord moderators. Participants submit gameplay videos showcasing specific tasks or highlights. The top 5 are shortlisted and voted on by the community. Winners earn bonus Victory Points and are featured on Virgin’s social platforms.
Victory Points System
Players earn Victory Points (VP) through participation and performance:
• 10 VP for each match played.
• Each day 1 luck player will get extra VP (Raffle draw) - 100 VP
• Best performer from each game per region will get extra VP – 500 VP
• Weekly Top 10 receive bonus VP, ranging from 1,000 VP for 1st place to 100 VP for 10th place
• Victory Points can be converted into Circle Dots, redeemable at Virgin Megastore for discounts, offers, and exclusive items.

ADDITIONAL REWARDS
Joining Bonus - Every player who registers for the Event is automatically entered into a special Joining Bonus Raffle Draw. To qualify:
• Players must follow the official event social media channels (Instagram, Twitch, YouTube, etc.).
• One lucky winner will be selected and contacted for verification.
• Verified winners will receive official event goodies.
• Each personal is allowed once to claim the joining bonus.
Everyday Winning Bonus - During the tournament period, a daily Lucky winner will be conducted across all games and regions.
• One winner will be selected from each game each day as per their performance.
• 500 VP will be rewards to their leaderboard.
• Winners must complete verification steps by visiting Virgin Megastore to claim their prize.

Eligibility

Participants must be residents of Bahrain
Players must meet the minimum age requirement defined by the respective game title and regional esport laws.
Participants must have valid game accounts, in good standing, and free from bans or restrictions.

Registration Process

Participants must visit the official Virgin Gaming Fiesta 2025 registration webpage.
Players must select their preferred game title and provide accurate personal information, including in-game ID, email, and region.
Team-based games may require team creation, team name submission, and member details.
Registrations are confirmed only after successful submission and email verification.
Any incorrect or fraudulent information may result in disqualification.

Tournament Prizes

Prize pools vary per game and may include cash rewards, gaming gear, digital vouchers, or sponsor‑provided items. Final prize distribution details will be published on the official website.

Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior. Any form of cheating, toxicity, harassment, exploitation, or use of unauthorized tools may lead to permanent disqualification.

Match Rules

Each game title will have a unique rulebook detailing format, scoring, match procedures, and penalties. Players must read and comply with these rules before participating.

Technical Requirements

Players are responsible for ensuring:
• Stable internet connection
• Updated game versions
• Functional hardware and devices The event organizers will not be responsible for technical issues faced by participants.

Disqualification

Players may be disqualified for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Providing false information
• Match manipulation
• Cheating or using illegal software
• Failure to appear for scheduled matches

Media & Publicity

By participating, players grant permission for the event organizers to use their gameplay content, usernames, match recordings, and photos for promotional purposes.

Data Protection & Privacy Policy

The Event organizers collect personal information such as player names, in-game IDs, email addresses, region details, and gameplay submissions for the purpose of tournament management. All collected data is used exclusively for:
• Registration and player verification
• Match scheduling and leaderboard tracking• Match scheduling and leaderboard tracking
• Prize distribution and identity confirmation
• Event communication via Discord, email, or official social channels
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties except tournament partners involved in event operations. By registering, participants consent to the use of their data as outlined above.

Victory Points (VP) Terms & Redemption Policy

Victory Points are awarded based on participation and performance during weekly scrims and in-game challenges. VP Redemption Rules
• To redeem VP, all players must visit a Virgin Megastore physical location to convert Victory Points into Circle Dots.
• VP is valid only for one week. Players must redeem their accumulated VP before it expires.
• VP earned in the following week must be redeemed again, as points do not carry over.

Fraud Prevention Statement

The Event organizers maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Manipulating match results
• Submitting fake gameplay clips
• Multi-accounting
• Exploiting the VP system
Any detected fraud may result in:
• Immediate VP forfeiture
• Removal from leaderboards
• Disqualification from the tournament
• Ban from future Virgin Gaming events
Players are required to follow fair play guidelines and submit accurate information at all times.

• Injuries occurring during physical gameplay at store locations
• Loss of personal items at offline venues
• Issues arising from failure to follow tournament rules or instructions
The organizers are only responsible for distributing the officially announced prizes and ensuring fair tournament operation.

• The organizers reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be published on the official event website. All participant data will be collected solely for event purposes and handled in compliance with regional data protection laws.
