To use:
1. Use the correct size paper filter. Open and insert into the drip filter unit and place onto your coffee cup.
2. Place fine ground coffee in the filter base. We recommend 7g/15ml to 100ml of water.
3. Bring fresh water to the boil and allow to cool for 3-4 minutes.
4. Slowly pour a small amount of water over the coffee in a circular motion. If you are using freshly roasted coffee you will see the coffee "bloom" as it absorbs the water.
5. After 15 seconds pour in your desired volume of water in a slow spiral motion, working from the outside. Adding water slowly will make a stronger coffee.
6. After allowing all water to pass through the filter and into your cup, remove the filter and rinse the unit ready for your next coffee. Enjoy.
